25.01.2022 Goldman Goalkeeping Home program starts today- A lot of the session are the same ones I used with Claire Coelho during the Westfield W-League season. Focusing on good handling with lots of catches, and tons of footwork to help her movement and agility in and around the 6 yard box (accelerating and decelerating)... We have kept everything super basic and realistic, so when those moments came in the game, Claire was confident and ready to make those saves. 20.01.2022 What a journey for this girl! Maddie started at the academy when she was 12, back when we first started. A girl from the bush who wanted to be the best she could be. She is quiet and humble in what she has done with her football. She doesn’t like to give herself much credit when she has done well. General answer to how she went with a game would be I went ok. ... Maddie’s success comes from being consistent and always turning up, no matter what the conditions were. Maddie trained through freezing winter night, wets days and hot summer afternoons. I’m very proud of the person Maddie has become. I would like to wish her all the best on her journey to the USA to join the collage system to become a professional player! We are going to miss you! This will help you on the return to football and has all been designed around having limited space in our backyards. In addition to the GK training, you will also get a 10 week GK-specific conditioning program, which includes acceleration / deceleration training which are keys elements of GK actions. The GK sessions replicate key moments in the goals. ... 07.01.2022 Hi GK family! We are on our way back to GROUP TRAINING with the restrictions lifting. Sessions will be on WEDNESDAY nights only at this stage, and will be at Walter's Park, Speers Point. We will start with a 4-week block of sessions commencing Wednesday 10th June 2020 and finishing Wednesday 1st July. Please book in your age group as below. ... 5pm 8 - 11 years 6pm 12 - 14 years 7pm 15+ The cost of the training block is $130. Please book on the link below to secure your spot.
