21.01.2022 I, like most, probably deal with health in a blaze' way, I've got a slow thyroid, I take my pill and go on, not realizing that I've been eating the wrong things that actually perpetuate my thyroid problem, which has been causing other problems to manifest. I've know Jenny for some time now, and we've been chatting about my problem and she mentioned that she's a qualified Nutritionist, but wasn't working as one at the time. I was blown away with how extensive her knowledge is, and I urged her to start her own business, and I'm pleased that she finally did, so I'd like to share it with everyone else. Give her a go, contact her, see if she can help you too. Because Key to Nutrition has just opened it's doors, please help small local businesses by sharing this, you don't know who this might help.

I look forward to seei...ng you all on the 21st September at the Ambassador Hotel, for what will be a fantastic night, which it won't, if not for all you fantastic people. But let's not forget for whom the event is held and that's to help raise much needed funds for MND SA (Motor Neurone Disease South Australia). MND SA help support and give vital aid to South Australians that suffer from MND, so know your money spent, goes directly to help those in need.
