If they are using Tyremil to collect the tyres, then they should then be held accountable, fined, shut down. If this process was in place then people like Tony wont have a chance to even be in business as tyre shop owners would be sourcing actual TSA approved tyre recycle companies to collect their used tyres that meet a criteria and make sure they are doing the right thing by recycling and not dumping/stockpiling. *Simples*
