07.01.2022 Just arrived Our award winning Anchovies are bought fresh at the port of Getaria in Northern Spain and the canning process begins the very same day. Hand filleted they are tender, plump, moist, mildly fishy and truly next level delicious. These super tender anchovies are prepared in vinaigrette, salted or my favorite smoked. These are cold smoked whole over beechwood before being filleted and then carefully tinned in olive oil. These are quite possibly the best fish product I’ve ever tasted, ever so plump and juicy with a sweet smoky flavour.
