13.01.2022 Most of today's brewing relies on carefully cultivated ale or lager yeast. But your next favorite beer may rely on wild yeast if you're adventurous.

06.01.2022 Karl the raspberry shows some good growth. We will separate the cultures tonight. Shannon the dread is also looking pretty good. Best growth so far. We also plucked a liquot from a tree next to the house and it is looking pretty good.... We have our culturing down pat now and will start doing beer tests in the coming week.

05.01.2022 Murrumdon 1 has settled down now and fermented down to 1.009 gravity and have a pH of around 4.29. Suggest it is pretty good at fermenting wort! Good flocculation at moment

04.01.2022 Getting some yeast from the fermenter. Doing viability tests during the week.

03.01.2022 Hi Old Wives Ales....the sacc has fermented out for like 5 days.....is slowing down a bit now,.but the beer taste great already...with a bit of citrus I think it might be a pretty amazing beer. The code is currently AYP1, but I think.we should name it after the guys farm we got it from?
