The Certificate of Attainment in Greek, which was established in November 1998 (Presidential Decree 363/98) by the Ministry of Education, responds to a persisting of all learners of Greek in Greece and abroad for a state certificate of attainment available at various levels. The levers are: 1 (A1 for children 8-12 years old 1 for adolescents and adults)... 2, 1, 2, 1 and 2. The three lower levels (A1, A2, and B1) examine all four language skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking). The three higher levels (B2, C1, and C2), apart from the four language skills, examine Use of Language focusing on grammar (morphology and syntax) and on vocabulary. The levels are linked to the corresponding levels of the Common European Framework (CEFR) The Certificate of Attainment in Greek: provides any user of Greek with an expert and objective opinion regarding the level of their knowledge and language skills serves as proof of the successful candidates level of attainment in Greek in the work market is a requirement for the practice of various professions in Greece allows citizens of European Union member states to participate in the examination of the Supreme Council of Personnel Selection () for civil service positions at Level B2 allows foreigners to register at a Greek institution of higher education, at Level C2 allows citizens of European Union member states to prove complete knowledge and fluent use of the Greek language and thus be employed in a Greek institution of higher education.

02.01.2022 This 9 year old angel, Ella, struggled in her Greek classroom so I was called to help. After 3 sessions and 4.5 hours with intense grammar practise and some homework, Ella is thriving. Not bad for a month of tuition. I am very proud of this gorgeous girl.
