21.01.2022 The team at Griffith Medical Centre understand it’s frustration when you call for an appointment and our doctors are full booked. Limited Emergency appointments are released for all doctors each morning, once these appointments are taken it makes it hard not only for you the patient but also staff who are on the receiving end of some unpleasantness. We ask that if you make an appointment and can not attend please contact the surgery as there is always patients waiting for a c...all to come in. In the month of July alone, 218 appointments were booked and not attended. If those who had booked, had called the surgery to cancel these appointments could have been re-allocated to those on the cancellation list. We ask that all our patients if you are unable to attend for any reason, please call and let us know so someone else can have your appointment.

21.01.2022 Griffith Medical Centre are currently introducing an additional new option for booking appointments. If you text your name, prefered doctor to be seen to 0488 588 869, reception will return your call within 3 hours. This service will only be available between 9am and 3pm. (THIS IS A TEXT ONLY BOOKING SERVICE)

Our nurses will have available Government Funded Flu vaccination for those who meet the criteria: Over 65 years of age Those with Chronic illnesses e.g. Diabetes, Cardiac Disease, Respiratory Conditions, Neurological Conditions, and other Immunocompromising conditions Pregnant Women Children 6 months to under 5 years old For those that don't meet the above criteria we will have supply on hand for purchase.
