21.01.2022 Thursday race night Louise will be late to track tomorrow night. The lovely Emma Fox and Chris Rhodes will be organising the age 3-4 races. Can other parents please volunteer to help out on track ... 3-4 year olds 4:30pm - 5pm 5-13 year olds 5pm - 6:45pm For 5-13 year olds, racing will run as follows: Age 5 girls Age 5 boys Age 6 girls Age 6 boys Etc There will be 3 races per age group. This will give the younger riders a chance to watch the older riders. Riders can warm up between 5pm and 5:15pm. Races will start at 5:20pm PLEASE NOTE: Emma Fox and Sam Caville will be organising races from 5pm until 5:30pm. Kiara and Toddy will be on sign in table and BBQ duties. Sausage sizzle will be available thanks to ESS and The Bakery Groote Eylandt. Any parents who have time trials from Tuesday night, can you please send the club a message See you all on Thursday

Please wear your race number Riders can warm up between 5pm and 5:15pm. 5 - 7 year olds will warm up first then 8-13 year olds next Races will start at 5:20pm. Kiara will help with the 3-4 year olds. Emma Fox will be on sign in duty from 4:30pm so don’t forget your IOU’s from last week please do not forget to sign in. It’s very important for Race Night to run smoothly Sam Caville, Andrew Fox and Carolyn Roberts will be in charge from 5pm so please follow their directions Racing will not start unless there are 2 volunteers on the track to help with first aid ( comment below if you can help) Age 3-4 will be racing between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. ( I need a volunteer parent to run this group this week) comment below if you can help All riders aged 5-13 can sign in between 5pm and 5:15pm. At 5:15pm ALL RIDERS will wait at the bottom of the starting hill and wait for their age group to be called. Riders can warm up between 5pm and 5:15pm Races will start at 5:20pm. Please don’t be late. Please do not go on track before 5pm. Races will run as follows: Race 1 Race 2 15 minute break Race 3 Race 4 5 girls, 5 boys, 6 mix, 7 mix , 8 girls, 8 boys, 9 girls, 9 boys, 10 girls, 10 Boys, 11 girls, 11 boys. 07.01.2022 Hey Everyone BMX will recommence on October 12th. The last race night of the season will be October 29th.... The last fundraiser of the year will be a KIDS DISCO on Friday November 6th ( details to follow). The club shirts are being dispatched tomorrow so should be here in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed. Have a great time on school holidays

Unfortunately some of the members and volunteers scheduled in to help out tonight are not feeling 100 % and it would be unfair of us to still get them to come down..... We need people to step up tonight and help out on all stations around the track. ... Please comment if you can help out.

03.01.2022 Good morning Bmx families It has come to my attention that some families are not happy with the way the club is running and are going to pull there kids out of the club until there is some order again. I’m unsure what order you would like it to run in, there was an opportunity at the start of the year to come to the AGM and voice your opinions Only 3 people turned up. I understand we can’t keep everyone happy but Louise and myself do our best to run it quickly and smoothly s...o everyone can get home at a descent time I am quite happy to run the club like a sanctioned club if that’s what I takes to keep people happy. If anyone still has an issue please call me on 0488080882 and we can discuss it. As you are aware there was a committee meeting next Sunday at 1600 I’m going to open it to all members to come down as it’s pretty disappointing to hear this news. See more
