07.01.2022 CAUTION! YOGA AHEAD! We have entered 2021 after an eventful 2020! How was your christmas and new years holiday? I was able to keep it quiet and local but got to explore a little more of my backyard! This time off I was able to focus on my health and recover from previous injuries! I am 100% recharged and ready to teach! I’ll be teaching tonight! ... Make your health a priority and step into class soon! See you there!
