The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has recently been renovated and offers a single bed. There is a double flip out sofa in the third bedroom which is currently used as our games room and features a table tennis table. The bathroom is renovated and features a bath as well as a walk-in shower. There is also a second toilet. You will be able to walk to historic High Street, shops, cafes, pubs and parks. Strathalbyn is approximately 50 minutes to the Adelaide CBD, 30 minutes to Hahndorf and wonderful Adelaide Hills wineries and eateries, 30 minutes to Goolwa beach and 45mins to popular Victor Harbor. Mount Barker is 20 minutes away with plenty of shops and a cinema and 15 minutes sees you in the wine region of Langhorne Creek.

We live in a group of four units which are set back off a non main road.... The unit is a two bedroom set up with AC and heating. Large dining area, modern-ish kitchen/bathroom with a cosy lounge. Close to (walking distance) to 3 sets of shops plus Eastland, and walking distance to 3 train stations. Pets & farm animals We have an inside ragdoll cat who is a little needy boy but also very funny and cuddly when he wants to be. He's quite playful and will play fetch if you throw him something like a hair tie. The sitter will be required to stay at the house each night with the cat. We are looking for a homebody like us who ideally has experience with / likes cats. We would prefer a sitter who is generally available outside general business hours. Ie: come home from work and be available to basically hang out with the cat. The cat will need to be fed twice daily at a minimum and sleeps on the bed if he likes. We have a 15 yr old whippet, Xanny, a 4 yr old tonkinese cat called Chino, and three chooks. We would love someone to care for our ageing xanny who loves companionship and sleeps indoors and play with chino who is a little more reserved but needs to be kept i...n at night. We have some plants in a glass house that may need some water occasionally . There is a double lock up garage and the house has all modern conveniences. Pets & farm animals Xanny our whippet has a heart condition and needs medication twice a day and does like to be around us most of the time. She sleeps in the house with us but has access via dog flap for toileting outside. Chino the cat free ranges outside during the day but is locked up in the laundry at night to protect native wildlife. We are around 20 mins drive south of Sydney city, around 10 mins drive to Sydney airport. We are across the road from the beach. It’s a beautiful spot. Mack is our dog, he is a friendly little thing. He will need to be fed, watered and walked each day. Mack sleeps inside the house at night. Gyzmo is our cat, he is friendly once he gets to know you, he may hide until he knows your scent then he is pretty friendly. Gyzmo sleeps in the laundry each night. She sleeps on my bed at night so you may have company.
