25.01.2022 There is nothing amazing on the safe side of fear. This is that reminder, that nudge and that fire under your ass to just got for it! Think about how many times you have held back from doing what you want out of fear. Fear of being judged or rejected.... How many times you have not said what you wanted to say in the moment out of fear of being judged or rejected. Then how many hours you have spent over analysing and playing out scenarios in your head. Worst case scenario....your in it now! If you don’t take action, speak up or push though the fear....you will end up in exactly the same place. Instead just do what you want to without regrets. Say what you want to say without fear and be true to yourself in every moment. When you can master this.... your confidence will be ignited. The goal isn’t to be fearless...that’s impossible. The goal is learning how to dance with your fear.

22.01.2022 Real Talk! ....Iv had a day and this is what I have learned. When it comes to any sort of work I have high standards and I mean high it is a blessing and a curse .....and sometimes I forget that other people have different standards, which is completely ok. With standards so high I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself and I can on occasions get all worked up if other people don’t perform to the same stand.... So what is the lesson, I need to learn to let go, be more mindful and remind myself that everyone has different standards. Awareness of this will help keep me grounded and out of my head replying the annoying situation over and over working myself up. That doesn’t mean change or lower my standards to fit in, it just means don’t let it affect me so much. Which Glenn has gently reminded me to tonight thanks babe Not everyone is built like me so I can’t expect that they will work like me. Everyone has a different approach when it comes to work, so there is no point waisting my energy feeling disappointed about something I can’t change. Yes there is alway room for improvement and yes it can be frustrating as fuck when, what I believe to be a simple task, isn’t done with as much care as I would do it but these things happen everywhere in life, so it’s time to save my energy for more import things. Like you and this supportive community that we are creating. Like my family, my husband and my love bubble that is currently doing kart wheels in my tummy! I’m sure there are others out there who get this and I hope this is a friendly and loving reminder for you too

It had become apart of who I was, my routine, my safety net. ... Nobody ever saw me without makeup, except my immediate family. I felt ugly without it. But the truth is it was just a habit. I was so used to seeing myself with makeup on I never gave myself the chance to appreciate who I was without it. So I ripped the bandaid off and jumped in head first, no more make up. 17.01.2022 No matter how deep you are in, there is always a way out. The first photo is me now loving myself & my body. Living my life without fear or anxiety. Nourishing my body & mind to be confident, strong & positive. I have completely transformed my life. 7 years ago, in the second 2 photos, excuse the outfit, it was a dress up uni night ... This was a very sad & afraid girl. She was afraid of food, afraid of not exercising enough & afraid of gaining weight. She was afraid that no one would like her & afraid of the cool kids cos they were type that bullied her in high school. She didn’t feel good enough at anything she did & she didn’t like herself one little bit. She tried way to hard to fit in & she was pretending to be someone she wasn’t in order to fit in. She partied hard to numb her pain & she didn’t value her life. She pushed everyone she cared about away because she was afraid of the truth. The truth & fact that she was physically & mentally unwell. But the universe sent me the truth, I had 2 seizures & was hospitalised. It was time to change! My family gave me no choice, thank goodness for them. If you are in a place where you feel stuck or there is no way out, this is a reminder that there is ALWAYS a way out. SEEK HELP! There is no shame in getting a mentor, coach or asking for help. Someone to keep you motivated, give you advice. Someone who understands & has been where you are to listen & hear you. I hope you are able to reflect on the lessons, the silver linings and inner strength 2020 has encouraged us to exercise 2020 hasn’t been a waist as I am seeing so many post saying so. 2020 is preparing us all for bigger things, it’s helped us see things from a different perspective, appreciate the small things, slow down, really value time with our friends and family, business have evolved and respect for everyone’s health has become the norm. 13.01.2022 Seasons come and go, so do difficult moments. Change your perspective to understand this is just a season, it’s not forever. Ask yourself what can I learn from this? What can I do differently? ... Time heals. You got this. I believe in you. Trust that everything happens for a reason and choose to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Or that summer is just around the corner. If I wasn’t bullied. If I didn’t have an eating disorder. If I didn’t end up in the back of an ambulance because I was slowing killing myself with my fear of food and weight gain.... I would not be where I am today helping you. What is the positive reason as to why this is happening right now? Everything happens for your highest good. The dealer doesn’t cheat, everyone is dealt an even hand. It’s what you choose to do with your cards and your perspective of your cards that differentiates your cards and another’s. What will you choose? 09.01.2022 Oh Heeeey third trimester, home straight or last dance....for this time anyway

09.01.2022 Do you know how to tell if your daughter isn’t coping mentally? The first photo is from the beginning of my mental struggles, the second photo was at the end...rock bottom. The third photo is me now, healthy and growing a human In the first photo I was around 12 years old & I loathed my body! I was being bullied at school most days & my mental state was starting to slowly deteriorate.... So what sorts of behaviours are common when teens are struggling with mental illness? Some of the common behaviours that change are: I began to isolate myself from my family, I wanted to be alone all the time. I also became quite & introverted, no longer would I speak up or draw attention to myself. I was very irritable & on edge, like I was alway on the defensive, feeling like everyone was attacking me personally. I would then go to my room & analysis or stress about these personal attacks for hours, even days. I was always worried about my appearance & if people were judging my appearance. I always seemed distant because I was constantly in my head analysing situations, comments, looks people gave me, what people said about me & if they hated me. I would avoid places & people to avoid feeling not liked, judged or attacked. I would feel tired all the time, sad all the time & on the edge of crying often. If this post has raised any concerns for you or your child please send me a message. I would be more than willing to help you understand how your daughter may be feeling, give you support & tools to help your daughter. I also offer 1:1 coaching for teens. I know from my experience, I spoke with so many psychologists but it wasn’t until I spoke with someone who understood me, who had been through similar experiences, that I began to listen.

09.01.2022 The truth about judgement & the stink eye. When you live authenticity, you have to be prepared for the stink eye and judgmental opinions. You can’t please everyone. Truth. If you’re happy with your choice, don't let one person's option stop you from doing, being or saying what you want. Flex your confidence muscle and trust yourself. ... For example: haters on social media they are entitled to their opinion BUT you don’t have to listen to their option. If you are happy with the post, you are proud of the post and you get heaps of positive comments and feedback, amazing! Then one hater has an opinion and you want to take it down. Why are you so quick to believe one person over hundreds other others and most importantly.yourself? If someone offers their feedback it’s ok if you decline. Protect your energy. If you are happy why let someone’s opinion ruin it? Judgment comes from a person who doesn’t love themselves. Judgement also comes from people who want exactly what they are judging you about. Combine those together...because they don’t love themselves, they don’t have the confidence to do what you are doing so they will put you down for doing it, so they feel better about the fact that they aren’t. 07.01.2022 Repetition = Momentum = Goals Just because I’m pregnant and the happy hormones have kicked in doesn’t mean I’m going to stop my mindset routine and meditation. Just because I’m pregnant doesn’t mean that’s an excuse to stop exercising, eat a heap of junk or eat for two... Just because I have overcome my eating disorder doesn’t mean I’m going to stop intuitive eat. Just because I no longer have panic attacks doesn’t mean I am no longer going to practice mindfulness and learn new ways to live presently. My mindset routine, meditation, intuitive eating, mindfulness and learning are apart of my life now....and I feel amazing for it! Your mind is a muscle and it need to be exercised and nurtured. 05.01.2022 Do you feel self conscious naked? Do you leave clothing on during sex because you are self conscious? Guys back me up.... Men don’t judge your body like you judge your body! They are so fixated on the fact that you are naked, they aren’t thinking about anything else. They aren’t judging how big or small your boobs are or how big or small your bum is. They don’t notice your stretch marks and they can’t see how many dimples are in your thighs. They aren’t looking at your tummy or how many wobbly bits you have. All they are thinking is there is a naked women in my bed, I hope she enjoys herself. So enjoy yourself. Skin on skin creates so much more intimacy and connection. When you can completely let go and enjoy yourself instead of thinking about your body, sex is amazing! So many women fake it because they can’t relax and they can’t relax because they are over thinking about their bodies. Trust me I’ve been there, most of us have. If you are wanting to feel more confident naked, it’s time to start getting naked. Start walking around your room or house naked so you get used to feeling naked. You know the first time you wear shorts after winter, you feel exposed and uncomfortable but then after you have worn them a few times it feels comfortable again. It’s the same feeling, rip the bandaid off, the fear goes away the more you get used to something.

What is the lesson your can gain from this situation? Maybe this is happening because it’s making space for a better opportunity? ... Or perhaps a friendship or relationship you are in now is toxic. For the right person to come into your life, the current friendship/relationship has to end to make space. Try to focus on the opportunities that are coming in the future, even if you don’t know what they are....what do you want them to be? Focus on your desires and start taking action towards bringing them to life. The right opportunity, person, job, purchase or whatever it is you desire will soon manifest and the negative emotion will soon pass.
