11.01.2022 My latest kitchen delight is cooking with radishes. After changing my mindset about how much of each vegetable can be used, I've been on a ‘try more of the good stuff’ tour. I harvested 3 gnarly ol' radishes from my garden. They weighed 872g without their tops and were perfect for roasting. I used the radish greens to make a pesto (same as the basil recipe). Even the most basic home cooking can be exciting! -Ethne
