Our Hello Lovelies ‘Rosie’ Cordial (made with our Skimstone wine Sangiovese Rosé juice) + Skimstone Sangiovese Rosé 2018 + Skimstone Sangiovese Rosé 2029 (not yet released)... $60 for the 3 bottles. This gives you a saving of $12 to spend on real flowers. Preorders can be made by emailing [email protected] or purchase on the day at our pop up market on Friday between 10am - 2pm. So now, a little reminder, our cordial are handcrafted with locally sourced fruit. Natural flavours it is sweetness and pleasure. 08.01.2022 It started with a walk, a forage for peppercorns. We added some Sangiovese Ros juice from Skimstone Wines, some oregano, rainwater and Bundaberg sugar. Introducing ROSIE - the new member of our family. She is going out to Mudgees very own and much loved Alby + Esthers today for you to enjoy. Available to all our food service clients now and for retail sale when the labelling is finalised. Lipstick pink and ready for action - Rosie will be complete with soda water or for a more heels up version we suggest Baker Williams Distillery gin + a little wedge of lime. 03.01.2022 Friends - give the gift that keeps giving this Christmas/Festive Season. Baker Williams Distillery are giving $10 per bottle to purchase hay for Farmers. We stand by their gin (or sit by, depending on how many you have). They are also doing gift packs with our MUDGEES VERY OWN TONIC SYRUP and Spencer Cocoa for some extra Mudgee love (and money for hay). ... We have all given our bit, ESPECIALLY Baker Williams who initiated and facilitated the whole project. High five to them - very altruistic especially at this time of year. However, we need Farmers the whole year round so help us share this desperately needed assistance. So.....over to you Folks.
