25.01.2022 This is our still. His name is Cyril and he is a 300L steam jacketed still. It gives balanced and uniformed heat during the distillation.

22.01.2022 Getting the next batch of Gin ready. We have to wait patiently for 24 hours for the botanicals to soak in the spirit. Then tomorrow we can distill it. You can see the juniper with the coriander seed. There is small amounts of Cardamon and Angelica Root, which you may not see.

05.01.2022 While only operating for a few months and the first completion we have entered. We were very pleased to take two Silver Medals at the Australian Gin Awards. Our Gin was awarded in the Classic Dry Gin and Contemporary Style. We are over the moon with the awards, but more pleased that people keep appreciating our Gin and overwhelmed with the support we have received, from our valued customers, friends and family.
