24.01.2022 Given the busyness of life today, many of us struggle to find the time let alone the energy, to prepare and eat a healthy meal three times a day, every day of the week. And you know what, I don’t blame you especially if you have a family to cook for too. However, by pre-paring meals in advance (#mealprepping) we can avoid this constant struggle, and eat healthier meals more consistently. This could include doing any of the following: *Batch cooking entire meals and storing ...them to use down the track. *Pre-preparing several ingredients for a meal/s in advance and storing them. *Making a plan of what you/your family wants to eat. *Knowing what you need to buy when you go to the supermarket so that you don’t need to go more than once or twice per week. *Dedicating specific time towards pre-pairing meals ahead of time. #HealthyMeals See more

24.01.2022 What You Do Spend Time Outdoors Spending time outdoors is absolutely essential to our physical and mental health and well-being. This makes complete sense when you remember that every other single living thing, except for humans, live their entire lives outdoors. However, the reality is that even prior to the coronavirus lockdowns, most of us were spending as much as 90 percent of our time indoors. ... So the message is simple get out doors in whatever way you can, and whenever you can! Spending time outdoors includes any time not spent inside your workplace, house, shopping centre or anywhere else indoors. This could include an outdoors area at work with a garden or courtyard, in your backyard, being out down the street, at the beach, in the countryside or anywhere else. #GetOutdoors www.h360.online

23.01.2022 Living True Listen to Your Gut Listening to your gut means listening to your intuition, otherwise known as your heart. Although the feeling originates in our heart, it is actually felt in our gut. It’s that feeling, or knowing, that you get with no rational explanation. It just feels like the right choice. This is in contrast to listening to your mind, which is often based on rationale, logical thinking. Albert Einstein labelled intuition as the only real valuable thing in ...life and ‘a sacred gift,’ whilst Steve Jobs called it ‘more powerful than intellect.’ Whatever way you look at it, listening to your intuition is essential to not only good health, but also success in every area of your life. So be sure to listen to it! A little tip - if the decision that you are about to make feels heavy in your gut, then there’s a good chance that it's coming from your mind and not your heart. #Intuition www.h360.online

22.01.2022 WHAT YOU DO - ASK FOR HELP Asking for #help is simply the action of asking someone/others to help you do, or achieve something. With their help, the task at hand will become easier or even more possible, than if you had tried to do it on your own. As such help could be given in the form of physical work/a helping hand, or it could be help in the form of providing advice, support or encouragement. Many of us don’t like asking for help because it means admitting that we are no...t in control of our life - something which most of us don't like to admit. Especially when we live in a world that warrants control in our career, relationships, children, finances, our body and everything in between. Not being in control is very damaging to our ego, reputation and how we define our self-worth. It can lead to emotional eating, self-esteem issues, panic attacks, anxiety and even depression. But the reality is that we can’t do it all on our own - we all need each other. We are better together, so remember to reach out and ask for help if you need it. Some examples of asking for help could include: *Asking your friends for emotional support as you face challenges health, work, marriage, etc. *Asking your partner to help you with the choirs. *Asking a health professional/organisation help you with your mental health E.G. your GP, a Psychologist, or even Lifeline if you need it. *Asking your neighbour to bring your bins in whilst you are on holidays. *Asking source to help you achieve whatever it is you want to achieve. *Or basically anything else which helps to lighten your load and helps you to better cope. It means exploiting/using all of the talents that have been given to you, to help yourself and to help the world be a better place. It’s about being the best possible version of yourself inside and out. It’s about being able to look back upon your life and say yep I really did try my absolute best and gave it all I had no reg...rets. #BeYourBest www.h360.online

16.01.2022 LIVING TRUE - BE GRATEFUL #Gratitude is the feeling we have when we experience and reflect upon something that is of value to us. This could be something which is given to us, or, simply a feeling which spontaneously rises in our heart when we recognise the love and blessings in our life. Gratitude is the basis of everything, and feeling grateful is important because it *Reduces dis-stress/anxiety... *Makes you happier *Helps you to live life to the fullest *Helps you to focus on what’s really important *Helps you to be the best version of yourself What are 3 thing you are grateful for in your life today? www.h360.online

16.01.2022 Hi guys, I’m not posting a home workout up this week as I’m having a full week off to let my body completely rest. If you have been consistently following these workouts, then I strongly encourage you to do the same. Rest periods between workouts are important as it allows your body to consolidate the hard work you've been doing. Muscles recover, adapt and become stronger, and your nervous system has a chance to regenerate. This equates to better and faster results, with les...s chance of injuries. Taking off a full week as opposed to just a few days, allows your body to fully heal and recover, so that you can hit it again at full effort when you do get back to your normal routine. Rob

15.01.2022 What You Chew Take Control of Your Environment Taking Control of Your Environment, means ensuring that your home pantry, work space, car or any other space in which you spend your time, doesn’t contain any processed foods which are non-conducive to your well-being. 10.01.2022 What You Chew Choose Healthy Fats & Oils For a long time, fat has been demonised, and as a result, many of us have been eating way more sugar, refined carbs and processed foods than we should. The result being that Australia and the entire world, has become fatter and sicker than ever before. But the reality is that good fats are not only often delicious, but also incredibly healthy and nutritious. We need them for so many reasons!... The only catch is that you need to choose the right types of fats, with the best choice being monounsaturated fats. This includes things such as nuts, vegetable oils (olive oil, peanut oil), peanut/almond butter and avocado. Serving size also matters - you want to have to enough to get the benefits, but not too much that you don’t overdo the calories either. For example, if today your deriving all of your fats from olive oil, then aim to consume 4 tablespoons over the day both raw and in your cooking too. And make sure its extra virgin olive oil too! #HealthyFats www.h360.online

10.01.2022 What You Chew Break Emotional Eating Patterns Emotionally eating is not all bad it just depends upon what type of emotional eating you’re doing. *Emotional Eating for Enjoyment This is where you eat food for the way it makes you feel. It is where you eat without attachment to it it simply comforts you because of its flavour, smell, texture and so on. It is perfectly normal and ok to want to eat food for this reason. ... *Emotional Eating for Attachment - This is where you eat because food acts as a distraction from unprocessed emotions, identification, or to provide satisfaction and/or relief from the present moment. As a result, you build an emotional attachment to food other than just eating it for the sheer taste of the food itself. This type of eating is not ok. In-fact, if you are emotionally eating for attachment, then this can be really unhealthy over the long term for your health and well-being. In order to fix it, you need to change your relationship with food. And in order to change your relationship with food, you must first change your relationship with yourself. #EmotionalEating www.h360.online

09.01.2022 Living True Be Yourself We live in a world which encourages us to be everything but ourselves. In-fact, most of the stress we experience in life, comes from not being ourselves, including doing things we don’t really want to do. And so, the best way to eliminate this stress, is simply to be ourselves. Being yourself means... *Living life according to your highest and deepest values without excuse. *Being who you are without any reservation. *Being comfortable in your own skin. So remember, if you want to live a healthier and happier life, then first and foremost, you need to be yourself. #BeYourself www.h360.online

05.01.2022 Hi guys... if your looking for a simple workout you can do during the week, then here is an intermediate strength workout. Don't forget to do a warm up and cooldown too - Rob https://youtu.be/VjqCHnH6dgM

04.01.2022 Living True Have Your Say Having your say is important because most stress in life comes from doing things we don't really want to do (and we all know the negative effects which stress can have on our health and well-being). Having your say means to speak your truth. This could include something as simple as asking your partner to help you out with their fair share of the chores, to asking your boss to be paid for all of the extra hours of overtime that you do. Or, it cou...ld also include something as serious as standing up for your own human rights, or protesting against something that goes against your core values. So, remember to have your say and be heard today and everyday, otherwise others will have it for you. #HaveYourSay www.h360.online

03.01.2022 What You Do Have a Health Check Before the year comes to an end, have you made sure that you’ve had a health check? This includes visiting your doctor to check up on your physical and/or, mental health. For example, depending upon your individual circumstance, you may see a doctor for a *Skin cancer check... *Blood sugar test *Cholesterol test *ECG/Heart function test *Bone density test *Ovarian screening *Mammogram - women *General chat about your mental health *Any other test or reason you feel the need to see your doctor *Having health check also extends beyond your doctors check up to also include ensuring that you are up to date with your dental check-ups, podiatry, etc. #HealthCheck www.h360.online

03.01.2022 Hey guys... Here's a super-set style home workout you can do a few times during the week. Let me know if you have any questions regarding working out, weight loss, or any aspect of your health and well-being. Cheers, ... Rob https://youtu.be/iSM365RlYgE

01.01.2022 What You Do Simplify Your Life If there is one thing we should learn from Covid, it's to simplify our lives. This is not only for our own health and well-being, but also for that of our planet too. A simple life is not about being unbusy, unengaged, inactive, quite or having an idle life as such. Instead, a simple life can be defined as a life which does not cause you high amounts of emotional resistance/stress - one in which you live largely in the present moment. A life ...where you find purpose and meaning in the most simple of things. A life without drama, overwhelm, and too much stuff. In order to do achieve this, you must first know who you are. Once you know who you are, then you understand the true purpose of life to become whole once again, and once you understand this, then everything else becomes less important. That is, you begin to simplify your life in whatever way you desire practising minimalism and getting rid of unnecessary stuff, placing more importance on the things that truly matter such as your physical and emotional health, and fostering quality relationships in your life. A #SimpleLife is a holistic life, where despite still having challenges, everything works. A life which you feel a deep sense of inner peace, harmony and content, from not having to be, do or have anything else. www.h360.online
