22.01.2022 Due to such overwhelming support our school canteen is again open Monday - Friday for recess & lunch. Lunch orders are available via Flexischools or lunch bag. Robynne has lots of new & exciting goodies available and baked fresh every day. Any dietary questions feel free to ring on 68621610

20.01.2022 Here are some examples of the delicious food available at recess every day. Fresh cut fruit, kebabs, trifle with fruit, custard & jelly. Warm pizza scrolls and garlic bread which is always a hit and fresh baked cupcakes, brownies & Blondies. Mrs Casperson is coming up with new and exciting things for the children all the time. 20.01.2022 End of Term 2 Meal Deal Day Today was another great day in the canteen. Recess was huge, with 22 loaves of garlic bread, 90 pizza scrolls ( thanks Sarah Harris), 9L of hot milo & over 50 brownies served to feed hungry children. Lots of beautiful mum helpers again this week. Skye, Codie,Cynara, Janice, Elissa, Sarah, Kate & Gill all volunteering their valuable time. ... Katrina Swift baked delicious, fresh brownies for the meal deal and as always Mr Baird & Mr B were on hand to help with the BBQ and serving hot lunches. The disco canteen was also a huge success. Thank you families for your valuable support over the last 5 weeks. It has been a wonderful opportunity to spend time with our children and fellow parents, whilst raising funds for our school. 18.01.2022 We have had a great response to our Athletics Carnival meal deal for tomorrow with close to 150 orders so far. 17.01.2022 From the P & F we wish all of the Year 6 students every success in their journey on to High school. We would like to thank Jen Mahon for her hard work as Secretary, then President of the P & F as well as delegate for the P& F on the School Committee. Your absence will be a huge loss for the school. Thanks to Katrina Swift who has been our hard working Treasurer for the last 12 months. Last but certainly not least, we would like to thank Nick Baird. You have been a remarkab...le & tireless presence in our school for the last 2 1/2 years. It has been a wonderful experience working with you. You have always been the 1st person our children see in the morning and the last person to wave goodbye to them at the end of each day. We wish you, Kath, Charlotte & Georgia all the best for you new adventure up North. Merry Christmas to our Holy Family Community and look forward to seeing you again in 2021 See more

All dietary requirements for the children in the class are catered for by Mrs Caperson so no one misses out. To order, please ring the school on 68621610 one week in advance. 15.01.2022 Holy Family P&f will be hosting the Dio Cross Country Carnival on Monday 3rd May. Parent/Grandparent helpers are always needed. Canteen duties, baking ( including GF) cakes & slice to serve to our officials , manning the BBQ to make sausage sandwiches & bacon & egg rolls. Please inbox if you can help

14.01.2022 Calling out to our Holy Family community . Tomorrow night we are due to have our P&F AGM. It is clear that people are busy and are struggling to find time to commit to volunteering. The importance of a school P & F cannot be overemphasized. It doesn’t just fundraise, it is the heart & soul of our school. It is our role to provide those extra experiences which make a child’s school experience that little bit extra special. Over the last few years our P & F have funded Lite...racy projects, upgraded sports equipment, provided chess sets for the chess club, funded all awards given throughout the year, funded the Transition to school program, upgraded to an electronic notice board , purchased our popular Popcorn machine and provided a cool water station at the bubblers. Socially we provided events such as the discos, Fetes, Easter Bingo, movie nights & fully funded end of term sausage sizzles, pizza days & our Popcorn machine purchased for the children. Our Committee has also implemented & funded the Back to School Bash for families to attend each year. We supply Mother’s & Father’s Day stalls at the breakfasts and had heaps of fun at our famous Colour runs. All of these provide children and families with great memories of their time at Holy Family. We still have so much to do- upgrades to the playgrounds, a covered BBQ area & a cool room for school lunches are all things that the P&F have identified as items to further fundraise for. We need a way forward: a P&F levy, each family volunteer for 1 event per year - are these options?? Please come along and have your say.

01.01.2022 A reminder that tomorrow Tuesday 15.12.20 the P & F will be providing a free sausage sandwich lunch for the children. Followed by the Farewell to Year 6 Disco from 1.30pm - 3pm. We will be running a canteen selling lollies, drinks, fresh popcorn & slushees. We ask all children to bring their water bottles in to the hall to save wastage by using foam cups
