He was matched with a very kind, competent carer, Jordon who showed Dad the empathy, respect and care he so deserved in his final weeks of life. All the paperwork and correspondence were handled extremely efficiently by Karen in the head office and they were swift to provide the care in the next few days. Not only did the wonderful careers have enough expertise, understanding and compassion to look after her so well but they did so many little things to make the stay memorable.
