12.01.2022 From midnight tonight the Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide will be required to have a COVID Marshal on site at all times. These staff will be easily identifiable as they will be wearing a lanyard. The key role of these staff are to ensure compliance to our COVID Safe Plan and policies and procedures whilst keeping guests and staff safe. Please follow any instructions given by these team members. They are also here to answer any COVID questions you may have, so don't be afraid to ask!
