I am starting a Hula Hoop Dance Fitness class on Tuesdays 6pm at Paradise Performer Academy in Mermaid Beach Hula hooping is an amazing, fun exercise for all ages - Yes, all ages! I have successfully taught 1 year old's to 80 year old's - the only difference is the size of your hoop! which should come up to around your belly button to start ;) We will explore the fundamentals of Hoop Dance and learn all the amazing ways that Hula Hoops can shape your body... Classes are $15 per hour; all hoops are provided and there will be some available to purchase if you would like to take one to take home :) I am really excited to start my own classes!
