Tomorrow is Chris’s last day as head butcher with our awesome team @huon_valley_meat_company we will miss him slightly more than the ever ready stream of daggy butcher jokes, hilarious ‘turns of phrase’ and ridiculously amazing knife skills and traditional butchery knowledge. You might see him occasional as he enjoys some ‘guest butcher’ appearances but otherwise join us in wishing him well, you deserve the rest, especially since you have been on on the knives since you were 14.... so like 50 years right?
