25.01.2022 Today was a stretching day for our kids class. Why stretching is important? Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibi...lity to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. GREAT WORK!

24.01.2022 The Push-Up Challenge started in 2018 and aims to raise awareness of mental health in Australia. This year during this uncertain period, some Hwarangdo Instructors are taking up the 'The Push-Up Challenge' highlighting the devastating number of Australian lives lost. 3,046 push-ups for 3,046 lives lost. We are taking on The Push-Up Challenge to help make a real difference to millions of young people living with mental health challenges. If you would like to donate or see our ...progress, please click the link below #mentalhealth #thepushupchallenge #pushforbetter See more

23.01.2022 Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength. Arnold Schwarzenegger Time to develop some strength through training! We're back! Can't wait to see everyone at training again for 2020. #hwarangdoaustralia

20.01.2022 HAPPY FATHER'S DAY A father is neither an anchor to hold us back nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way - Unknown Fathers Day is an opportunity to tell dad how much you appreciate him. New dads, old dads, granddads, dads-in-law, stepdads, serious dads, etc. There must be a million fatherly types out there, and without a doubt, there are at least that many reasons to honor them on Fathers Day.... Wishing all the fathers of Hwarangdo a wonderful and safe father's day today.

15.01.2022 It's R U OK?Day today, a reminder that every day is a day to start a conversation that could change a life. Today we're calling on Australians to learn what to say after R U OK? so they can keep the conversation going when someone says they're not OK. There's more to say after R U OK?... Learn what to say when listening with an open mind Learn what to say when encouraging action Learn what to say when checking in Learn how to continue a conversation that could change a life. When we know what to say next we can help someone open up and find pathways to support long before they're in crisis. Learn what to say next and help us move closer to our vision of a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide. Head to www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask

10.01.2022 It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone - Rose Kennedy. Remembering the Hwarangdo men and women who have served this great country and aboard. we will remember them. #remembranceday

03.01.2022 Why washing your hand in soap is very important for everyone during this time.

03.01.2022 Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, especially before eating, cooking, or feeding others to prevent the spread of germs.
