11.01.2022 In 1919, at the junction where Moggill and Brookfield Roads converge, George Mildown and Francis Cox opened the local general store colloquially known as Hyde Park Corner. Fast forward 100 years and only a few hundred metres from the famous Hyde Park Store, we pay tribute to the Kenmore of yesterday with Hyde Park Terrace Homes. 09.01.2022 A tribute to the Kenmore of yesterday, designed for the Kenmore of tomorrow. In 1919, exactly a century ago, at the famous junction where Moggill and Brookfield Roads converge, George Mildown and Francis Cox opened the local general store colloquially known as Hyde Park Corner. Fast forward exactly 100 years and only a few hundred metres from the famous Hyde Park Store, we pay tribute to the Kenmore of yesterday by delivering another piece of history Kenmore residents can be proud of and make their own.

04.01.2022 Hyde Park Terrace Homes acknowledges Kenmore’s rich history with a masterplan and design traits echoing the Kenmore homes of yesteryear, with emphasis on size, convenience and green open spaces, in an unrivalled location. Designed by the West for the West and featuring just 22 architecturally designed residences, the Hyde Park name will once again be a point of recognition for generations to come.
