11.01.2022 About 95% of people who come in with charging port issues, end up finding out it's only because their port is full of gunk. This turns out to be a very cheap repair for the customer. Opposed to other stores, which will just replace the charging port without looking, charging an arm and leg!!!

Long story short, I had come to the realisation that our profit margins were far too good, and in fact I would say greedy. Greed is no way to conduct oneself personally or professionally. Hence, to share the love, we have dropped a lot of our prices. As you most of you who have been following our stuff for a while may know, this is no PR stunt either. I always try to be authentic with the shit I post to you guys whether that be good or bad. 06.01.2022 Recently we made a little blunder. Amongst moving locations a couple times, we misplaced a customer's phone that we had been holding onto for quite some time. This was a big mistake on our behalf and uncharacteristic. We refunded the customer to the order of $400. They are happy with the outcome and we're happy we could provide such resolution. We, just like every other phone repair store make mistakes and stuff up from time to time. However, what sets us apart and why we have no negative reviews is when we make a mistake, we always ensure that we provide an outcome satisfactory for the customer. It's not always fun but doing the right thing is always worth it.

04.01.2022 Customers are absolutely loving the new screens we are using. If you compare them pound for pound with an Apple screen, you literally can't tell the difference! These are the highest quality screens available on the commercial market!!

04.01.2022 As much to the dismay of some customers, the $10 tempered glass screen protectors we put on your phone does not make it shatter proof!! Unfortunately, the only way to make your phone shatterproof is by sealing it in a reinforced steel box with a soft inside cushion lining and never taking it out! We have had tradies bring in unbelievably smashed up phones in $100+ LifeProof cases. Moral of the story, nothing will make your phone smash proof!!!
