22.01.2022 UPDATE... as im sure you have all heard gyms are allowed to re-openI will be re-opening on Monday 15thJune. All personal training will resume as normal however we are still waiting on clarification from fitness Australia as to wether or not we are allowed to use equipment in the classes. That being said, the class timetable will have a few changes to allow me time for cleaning. Spin classes can only have 10 participants and my floor space allows 8 participants in the other classes, therefore ALL classes will have to be booked. I will keep you all updated on the class situation as i know more. Thankyou for being patient. Im looking forward to seeing you all again Cheers. Vicki

22.01.2022 Here it is Classes will be resuming from next Monday the 15th. There will NOT be a tuesday 6.30pm spin atm and bootcamp on Wednesday mornings will be an indoor circuit over winter. 20.01.2022 Completed my own challenge yesterday to help Jacinta and her family raise money for a very worthy cause....... my challenge to all of you this week is to do 50 pushups every day for the next 7 days. 08.01.2022 300 Rep CORE WORKOUT 50 leg pulls 50 Russian twist... 50 Mountain climbers 30 Crunches 30 Reverse crunches 30 Plank shoulder taps 20 Straight leg toe touches 20 Alternate oblique crunches 20 Top half pulses Makesure you’re warmed up before starting and change any of the exercises if you have to BUT you can’t change the reps Let me know how your abs feel 36hrs later. 08.01.2022 Hi Everyone, fingers crossed it shouldnt be to much longer before we can get back to some indoor classes and personal training In the meantime I suggest if you havent been doing much,heres a workout that everyone can do. Its called 10-1. Perform each exercise 10 times then 9 times, 8 times etc. Stop when you have had enough. Makesure you warm up before starting and stretch after a cooldown. Step ups (each leg) Tricep dips... Plank toe taps (alternating) Crunches Pushups Squat and reach Mountain climbers Skaters enjoy, hope to see you soon. 07.01.2022 The muddy wet carpet is getting pulled up today.... huge thankyou to Pauline, Adam, Fred and the others that have been amazing. Thankyou Stacks Finance for your help on Saturday and for the upstairs room to store my equipment, it is greatly appreciated. Rooms now have to dry out before re-carpeting etc. Ill keep you updated on the progress. Stay safe everyone

02.01.2022 Congratulations to Tracey for winning my weight loss challenge. A huge loss of 9.31% body weight in 8 weeks! Special mention to Col Robb on losing a massive 10.5kg and just missing out on first place. Amazing effort Each and every one of you have made me so proud. I loved how you all encouraged one another as you realised you were all there for the same thingI hope you have learnt enough to continue on with my food and exercise plan.
