25.01.2022 Infin8 Update: At this time, until we find a home closer to our client base, we’re only able to offer cleans Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursdays in the following areas: Mt Barker... Nairne Littlehampton Balhannah Strathalbyn and the direct line between these towns. We’re heavily restricted by time. Please be patient with us as we search for a rental, we’re quite tired and our priority is maintaining a consistent high level of standard at every clean. We would like to thank All of our lovely clients for making us feel valued, you literally keep us going with your love and appreciation. We’re very grateful. M & M

22.01.2022 The only way to avoid stains from living potted plants is to lift and clean underneath regularly ~ ideally once/fortnight, most commonly monthly ~ This includes pots on floors. If the pot is too heavy to lift safely, this will be the outcome when removed. ... Something to keep in mind if you’re renting long term... I’m hoping I can remove the stains. I’ve had success in the past but not every time ~ my clients know that’s not from lack of trying ~ Fingers crossed

21.01.2022 My little business is often an incredibly humbling experience. None more so than of late. All of our clients have been flexible whenever I’ve needed them to be over the past month, some rescheduled 3 times in a row whilst we dealt with a near miss, forgetting to buy oil for the van, making room in the schedule for a grieving client, a brand new vac spitting the dummy and simply running out of clean usable cleaning cloths ... We’ve experienced a plethora of obstacles but our clients didn’t give up on us, they became our allies instead with their compassionate understanding at every moment. I feel deeply blessed Thank you

19.01.2022 Last night I was very upset and disappointed that so many invoices are outstanding. I couldn’t even eat. I was so angry!... We can’t continue waiting for payments and after cleaning so many bathrooms, usually 2/house clean, I’m honestly too tired to chase them. Would you feel like chasing payment at the end of your day? Considering how quick and easy it is to EFT there’s really no excuse for non payment. And, although we clean to help people, we’re not a charity offering a free service. I’ve already cancelled 3 late and non paying clients in the past 7 days. We understand that life is busy with little mouths to feed, animals to care for etc.. For this reason we’re considering requesting pre payment for our services. Would you be happy to pay for cleans the night before once I’ve done my nightly confirmations? M.

18.01.2022 Infin8 Update Looking like we’re entering another challenging time. Mick will be unavailable for most cleans due to family circumstances beyond our control.... Leigh is stepping up exceptionally well and I think may even be better than our Mick.... With the threat of covid on our heels again I’m asking all clients to please advise me if they’ve been in contact with anyone from the Northern Suburbs over the past week and to please be absent whilst we clean. It’s my absolute priority to ensure myself, Leigh and our clients are safe and that we don’t add to the statistics. A clean environment is a healthy environment

18.01.2022 Infin8 Update Due to the unexpected number of referrals we’ve received over the past few weeks, we are now at maximum client capacity. I will advise if any spaces become available.... Thank you to our wonderful clients!! Without your continued support during the initial Covid crisis and the ensuing financial uncertainty, I may have given up hope and quit the fight. Nah! You know I’m not a quitter But! You helped us get through it and I am eternally grateful. I relocated Infin8 Cleaning Services to the Adelaide Hills last November with $35 in my pocket for fuel to the first job. Thank you for believing in me

13.01.2022 Some clients are a little confused about time on site compared to invoiced amount. An explanation: 1 x cleaner ~ 2 hour clean = 2 hours in your home.... 2x cleaners ~ 2 hour clean = 1 hour in your home. I hope this helps

11.01.2022 Infin8 Update Leigh is proving to be a great asset to our growing business and has provided us the opportunity to open up more spaces in our schedule... The following days and times are now available in the areas as detailed below:... Mt Barker/Nairne/Littlehampton Commencing: * Thursday 26th ~ 3 x weekly and fortnightly spaces available either 2 or 3 hour cleans. * Thursday 3rd December ~ 3 x weekly and fortnightly spaces available either 2 or 3 hour cleans. Friday 4th December ~ 3 x 2 hour fortnightly only spaces available. Tuesday 8th December ~ 2 x 2 or 3 hour spaces available. Strathalbyn Commencing: Tuesday 1st December ~ 3 x 2 hour or 2 x 3 hour fortnightly only spaces available. Friday 11th December ~ 6 x 2 hour fortnightly only spaces available. Please pm the business page or text me on 0488178755 to discuss your needs. Currently $35/hour Rate increases to $40/hour for new clients as of 1st January 2021. We supply everything required to complete the clean. All payments are due on day of clean. We don’t chase payment, we drop non paying clients. If you’re interested in booking: Confirm swiftly as we usually experience large volumes of interest when new spaces come available and spaces are often offered to 2 or more potential clients at a time. Address for attendance and a contact number for our client records is required to secure a clean. Confirmations for attendance sent out evening prior to clean. 08.01.2022 Just a heads up! Our 3 month old vac cracked the today and is subsequently in at Godfreys Mt Barker for some disciplinary action. We’ll be using our older version of the same vac until we hear back from Godfreys, hopefully early next week, with either a fixed or replacement vac.... The old vac still has the same awesome suction but it’s extremely uncomfortable to use and less than ideal for Micks back... but desperate times... he’ll do his best to give you the same Infin8 outcome you’re accustomed to

05.01.2022 Infin8 Update: We’re training a new cleaner this week!! We’ll endeavour to ensure all runs smoothly on the training days.... 03.01.2022 Did you know we travel over 250km’s / day ~ we’re trying to move closer to the hills but with 3 dogs and a cat that seems an insurmountable mountain of hope. Have you seen the effort we put into our work ~ yep, I’m usually saturated with sweat Did you know my work day hasn’t ended when I finally park my buttocks on my armchair at home.... Cloths and mop heads are first washed, then sanitised and dried on hottest setting to ensure there’s no cross contamination between clients. I send confirmations. I respond to enquiries. I prep chemical bottles and order replacement chemicals. I’m often still working until 10 at night and wake 5sh to start the day again. For this reason: I don’t chase payment. I drop non paying clients without hesitation. All payments are due on day of the clean. That’s all I ask in return. Thank you

If payment not received (or minimum confirmation of payment) by midnight tonight I’ll be contacting the 9 clients currently on the waiting list for cleans.... I can’t run a business on air. M.
