25.01.2022 We are often asked How long will your equipment last? It’s not an easy question to answer as there are many external influences such as installation, environmental conditions etc. However, Innotech have proven results and our clients understandably have an expectation based on their past experiences. The project at Deniliquin Hospital in rural New South Wales Australia was not the largest, however the existing Innotech Genesis Controller managing the Chiller was a pre-2000 ...model. It also had an old Windows 98 computer running the Genesis Supervisor software. Think of the iterations of Windows OS and computer hardware that have come and gone and also the technology that was in the Genesis of that time, yet it still did the job for over 20 years! This Genesis Controller was recently upgraded to the latest Innotech Omni BEMS Controller platform. The replacement Omni Controller doesn’t need a dedicated computer or software to service, maintain and adjust settings as each are equipped with a cross-platform HTML5 web-server. 14.01.2022 Another Target store upgraded with Innotech Control systems. Working with City FM, the sub-contractor for the #HVAC system, we upgraded an existing system to Innotech’s Building Management System monitoring and controlling the AHUs serving the main store and back of the house areas, exhaust fans, chiller calls from the base building, boiler control, integration to site’s door to floor system over low level interface and the lighting. The system incorporates HLI to two of ...the VSDs via Modbus and one via BACnet interface. A touchscreen provides the GUI for the end user communicating to the Omni controller over BACnet HLI. A Target’s cradle point provides remote access to the site DDC controllers through the on-board webservers as well as access to the Touchscreen GUI pages. The DDC controllers integrate to the Target department store in Rouse Hill, NSW. The building has 2x AHUs serving the store and 1x AHU serving the back of the house areas. 08.01.2022 Innotech Sydney has recently completed the new Lingard Private Hospital expansion project in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. As the largest private hospital in Newcastle, Lingard Private now provides: - 10 Operating Theatres - 12 Critical Care Beds... - A Dedicated Day Surgery Unit - Cardiac Catheter Lab The mechanical installation by East Coast Air in Maitland provided five new Air-Cooled DX packaged units serving the operating theatres in conjunction with a Munters Dehumidifier for processing of outside air to the theatres. A new Daikin VRF system conditions the main hospital area. A new Innotech Omni BEMS control system for the operating theatres was installed by Thermalec Services and programmed by Innotech. The control of pressure, temperature and humidity are essential to maintaining strict operating theatre conditions.
