15.01.2022 EMAIL SERVER OUTAGE: Hi everyone, we are currently experiencing and outage that's affecting internet and email services. Our techs are hard at work fixing this as we speak. In the meantime, please do not re-set your modems as this will log you out of the server. We'll be updating this post so please stay tuned.... UPDATE 10.13PM AEST - Our techs are still working through the process of isolating the issue that is affecting email (nationwide) and internet service (primarily NSW & VIC). Unfortunately no ETA at this stage. UPDATE 11.00PM AEST - Our techs have made progress and are beginning to see services come back online. It may take some time to get back to full operation, however the team will be working through the night to resolve. Thanks again for your patience and we will check in again in the morning with modem re-set instructions. UPDATE:10:00AM - Hi all, our techs continued to work overnight and have now restored email and internet services back to normal. If you aren't back online you can now reboot your modem or send us a message on Live Chat and we'll give you a hand.
