25.01.2022 Dear JKA Ipswich Karate Members, As the lockdown has been lifted, we are going to hold our regular classes tonight - Thursday April 1st. We will have certificates and belts to award for last weeks grading as well as Easter eggs for all.... Hope to see you all there and have a great Easter break. P.S. 22.01.2022 Great news for our Senior class. We have the all clear to start training tomorrow night. This will be at the regular time of 7:15 to 8:15pm. We are still waiting for CPSS to let us know when the Junior class can resume. We will let you know as soon as we receive confirmation from the school.

21.01.2022 Dear JKA Ipswich Karate Members, HAPPY NEW YEAR and welcome back to training next week! Our Junior class times have changed. We no longer train on Saturdays. Instead, we return to training at the Redbank Sports Centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6-7pm on both nights, (starting on Tue Jan 19). ... Senior class times remain unchanged. Covid-19 restrictions until January 22 means that all Senior class members and any parents/guardians/family members of any Junior class members (age 13 and above) will have to wear masks on entering and exiting the venue but fortunately not while training. 03.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone, hope you had a great holiday. Our Senior class starts back tomorrow night, Tues Jan 14 at the usual venue. We are still working with the school for a return date for our junior class. This will most likely occur next week. We will confirm in the following days.

03.01.2022 Due to the Australia Day public holiday this Tuesday, the Sports Centre will be closed and therefore there will be no training. Normal training timetable resumes next Thursday January 28.
