17.01.2022 HRV Heat Recovery Ventilation Unit or other wise known as a Ventilation System with Heat Recovery. It has the purpose of supplying acceptable indoor air quality. A strong body or research is forming regarding the effects of CO2 on wellbeing, and we are fully aware of the industrial effects of VOCs.... The HRV is a ventilation system first!! It does have some pretty cool technology allowing it to recover the energy from the conditioned air being exhausted out of the environment into the fresh filtered air without mixing. So if your house is at 22 degrees Celsius then 90% of that temperature will be transferred to the air being provided into the home. So you dont have to spend additional energy conditioning new air.
