17.01.2022 What a beautiful video showing that even with the tiniest of humans you can have awesome communication. Very few words needed, just movement..... lots of pausing, waiting and anticipation - which are foundational skills for engagement. Every. single. session - we work on these skills with the little people who come to visit our OT’s - it’s something I explain to parents all the time. This video is a great example as to how it can be done in a fun way, slotted easily into an everyday routine. We have so many opportunities in our day to work on engagement skills - which are so very important for communication long term. I just can’t love this enough. Thanks Your Kids OT for sharing.
