So we invite aged pensioners to come in and register for a free takeaway Christmas dinner, with dessert of course , to be picked up at 4pm on Christmas eve. Merry Christmas! (Please come in and see us at the shop to register, and bring your pensioner card. Numbers are limited )

In keeping with the Christmas spirit, the lovely staff have donated their tips from this year (the tips you generous people put in the jar each day) to put together some little presents for the pensioners getting a meal today.... 21.01.2022 Welcome to the year 2020! Hope you all made it here safely. We want to thank our loyal customers and friends for their support last year, and for allowing us to take a breather this Christmas break, we appreciate it. JAX New Year’s resolution is to not speed through life in 2020, to slow our souls down, be kind to ourselves, be thankful for beautiful family and friends, and stop stressing about the things we can't control. ... Onto the food related news! We will be bringing back your favourite chicken fettuccine to the lunch specials menu, and adding a chilli/lime seafood linguini to our night menu. Which brings us to the exciting news We’re going to be opening nights again! For a trial period, we’d like to try something new here at JAX, and introduce tapas share plates to a new night menu, something for you foodies to enjoy! We will be opening Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights from 6:00pm 8:30pm, starting Thursday the 9th. We’re still BYO, so don’t forget to bring your drinks, sit back and relax. On a serious note, if your own New Year’s resolution is to be healthier and eat better, we've got you covered with our signature salad dishes that cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, keto or active minded people who just love being healthy. 18.01.2022 Thank you to all our fantastic customers and friends that have been enquiring about our re-opening. While closed we took the opportunity to finish some much needed renovations on the old house attached to the Diner. We managed to get a new bathroom, toilet, kitchen sink area, plus an office. As well as new plumbing, electrics, ceilings, floors, walls and all new insulation ready for winter. While we still have a bit to go, all is going good and we hope to be up and running w...hen all the restrictions are lifted. Thanks for sticking with us and we’ll keep you updated on our timeline.
