Sentence:- $300 fine, no conviction and 3 months licence loss. 2. 4 Briefs of indictable offences. Including Family Violence and serious motor vehicle offences, Assault with weapon (motor vehicle), persistent contravention of FVIVO; and various other serious charges. Plea:- Negotiated Guilty plea.
