05.01.2022 We all have to work for a living, but unfortunately not everyone gets the luxury of being able to say they love the work they do... I am one of the lucky one that has that privilege. The sheer happiness and relief I get to witness sometimes is so damn heart warming and makes all the long hours and stress worth it... Ange here, an absolutely beautiful soul that I’ve had the privilege to meet and assist... Come back to me today, about an hour after her home settled... Quite l...iterally wiping away tears of happiness and relief to give me this beautiful card (and cheeky bottle of Kraken)... Ange started an adventure of trying to purchase a long time family home, with sentimental value back in the 1st half of 2019 with a bank... That bank conditionally approved just to, at a later date unfortunately say they could no longer assist... she went around to other banks and even other brokers and was essentially told, no chance, if ******* wouldn’t do it I don’t like your chances, before eventually making her way to my office... by this stage... she was well beyond stressed... upset.... disappointed.... so I got to work. The problem was... the property also happened to be a College Lease property... temporarily ignoring that fact, I looked through ugh h everything and decided.... I can make this work. From there I simply spent a little time and a few $$ to actually do some research and gather up information and records... I realised... this is going to work.... and so I got her the formal approval with a bank who initially thought they couldn’t do it... a little time went on, a few bumps along the road regarding the banks own solicitor and the minister of education (has to approve the lease transfer etc)... Anyway... after a long process.... today settlement went through, that family home that means so much to her that she was told couldn’t work.... is hers! It also couldn’t have happened without the absolutely fantastic service and support of Sally at Allstate conveyancing as Ange’s own representative.... I did the work to get the loan, sure... But, Sally did the work to get it settled.... Fan - Tastic result! Ange, I am so damn happy to have made this happen for you to provide you and your family the chance to keep that home in your family. Thank you also, for such a happy feeling And yes, I did ask Ange to try keep the tears back so I didn’t embarrassingly join her

03.01.2022 In a crazy time at the moment, I have heard rumblings that banks aren’t lending.... Whilst things have slowed down in call centres and processing times, they’re still lending. Additionally, if you are effected by recent events and need some help and support, please contact me, I am more than happy to assist where I can. Note: You can make a time to speak with me over the phone or virtually if you prefer.

02.01.2022 I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to all of my loyal clients (both new and old), friends and family for your continued support and referrals. Although in a sense, this internal competition is possibly only a small trivial win, that to many probably doesn’t mean a lot... I can tell you I am still absolutely stoked with the end result regardless... it’s not actually the first time I’ve been high in these self sourced business rankings, but definitely first time I’ve come i...n ranking number 1! Aussie often runs internal competitions for us brokers surrounding genuine new Self-Sourced business, conversion rates and quality of our portfolio management and compliance. During the month of June, up until the 26th they ran a another... A points based system worked on points per New, Self Sourced leads, bonus points for high conversion rates and eligibility criteria to ensure that we were meeting certain quality and compliance standards... These numbers reflect only new self sourced leads/enquiries, for home loan clients, they do not reflect the returning clients already active, or the commercial/asset/personal finance clients or any company sourced enquiries that were also received and attended too... In these competitions us small town guys up here in Mildura are competing against the big boys everywhere. Places who settle a Mildura years worth in a month, with multiple assistants etc... So definitely a superb result for June, especially with a pandemic still lingering! But it wasn’t only me who was under the pump last month, my friend, my colleague, my franchisee here at Aussie Mildura, Bruce McCurdy also had solid numbers and ranked fairly high, this high level of enquiry and active business meant we were typically running back to back meetings daily, working 11-13 hour days most days, plus weekends and still answering messages and emails even after finally getting home (my family missed me), leaving us both quite busy and worn out by the end of it all. So.... again, for the referral’s, for the great reviews and surveys, for finding and contacting me via Facebook (despite how terrible I am at actually using Facebook for marketing), I thank you all. Let’s keep the momentum running If I have been a little difficult to reach lately or slow to reply.... I am very sorry, I am doing all I can to try get to everyone as quickly as possible. End Result of this Competition: Vic/Tas Rank # 1 overall.... Nationally, this equated to Rank # 9 overall.
