25.01.2022 At GKR Karate’s last World Cup, we entered the Guinness Book of World Records with a multiple person break. Also at that event, a great friend of GKR, Glenn Coxon also entered The Guinness Book of World Records - not for the first time mind you - with a solo break. I am currently employed with Go-kan-Ryu Karate as a consultant so this page is now in transition to an information page for GKR. 17.01.2022 Karate does not require you to be strong to start. karate accepts you where you are at and builds strength strength of mind strength of spirit and strength of body as well as confidence and coordination ... As when developing any skill you only improve through consistent training. instead of a motivational quote this week, here is a video I watch whenever I don't feel like training because sometimes a quote just doesn't cut it!
