25.01.2022 More trailing arms done this week, thank you to the guys waiting for being so patient with me, it’s a crazy time at the moment



23.01.2022 Another one of our very popular big banger commodore kits all done, new tig welded HD 9 housing, 35 spline axle package with 5/8 studs, wilwood disc brake kit, poly bushed adjustable chrome moly trailing arms and panhard bar kit and strange double adjustable coil over shocks and springs

22.01.2022 Something a little different today Mazda FD Rx7 diff centre in for some upgrades, we stripped it right down for a thorough wash due to it having a severe failure fitted all new bearings and seals with a machined solid pinion spacer and fitted a billet full spool

22.01.2022 Commodore borgwarner diff in for some modifications, we stripped it down and removed all bracketry and fitted our 60mm extreme saddles to suit a Hq Holden ute, changed the stud pattern to hq with 1/2 studs, Re set and shimmed the lsd hemisphere nice and tight, fitted 3.89 gear set with all new timken bearings and a solid pinion spacer and assembled it all with some new hard lines



22.01.2022 Another hilux conversion all done And ready to go to Victoria, this ones for a Mazda Rx4 and is our usual retubed tig welded and powder coated HD housing and modified hilux axles with 5 x 114.3 stud pattern and 1/2 studs, a 4.3 ratio Trutrac lsd diff centre, our 260mm disc brake kit and modified lower shock mounts and heavy duty u bolts

21.01.2022 Hilux diff centre sent to us for a few modifications, we stripped it down and washed it all, installed a 30 spline romac full spool and a bearing kit with a machined solid pinion spacer

20.01.2022 Another killer 9 conversion all done for a targa vk commodore big banger replica, HD tig welded 9 housing with 31 spline billet axles, Nodular iron 3.89 full spool race centre with alloy pinion support and billet 1350 yoke, our huge 315mm rear wilwood brake kit, adjustable poly bushed chrome moly upper and lower trailing arms and adjustable coil springs

18.01.2022 A few update pictures of the progress on the VK blue meanie commodore, the new 9 Diff housing, 35 spline billet axles and rear suspension is all mocked up and looking great

17.01.2022 Old 9 housing in for some modifications, the owner fitted the saddles we had to shorten it accordingly and fit new billet housing ends and supply 31 spline billet axles with 1/2 studs wheel bearings and retainers

16.01.2022 Another hilux conversion all done And ready to go to Victoria, this ones for a Mazda s2 Rx7 and is our usual retubed tig welded and powder coated HD housing and modified hilux axles with 4 x 110 stud pattern and 1/2 studs, a 4.3 ratio Trutrac lsd diff centre, and our custom 260mm disc brake kit

15.01.2022 Hilux Trutrac lsd diff centres being assembled today, all meticulously assembled with genuine eaton Trutrac hemispheres, quality Japanese bearings and cnc machined solid pinion spacers



15.01.2022 Old torana 9 housing out of a drag car in for some modifications, we replaced the upper trailing arm mounts with 6mm laser cut brackets to allow a rod end either end for simpler adjustment and preload changes at the track, we also fabricated a new set of chrome moly trailing arms with 3/4 Teflon lined moly rod ends and all the required reducer spacers to fit into the standard suspension brackets that the car retains

11.01.2022 Old school f100 9 housing in for shortening and modifications to fit into a hq one tonner chassis, we also supplied new 31 spline billet axles with strange 5/8 wheel studs, it will be running the owners standard hq drum brakes and diff centre

05.01.2022 Another set of our chrome moly adjustable trailing arms all done and ready to ship out, these are our extreme duty early commodore lower arms that are used along with coil over shocks, they have a huge 1 1/2 x 120 thou tube with 3/4 Teflon lined moly rod ends for the ultimate in strength, chrome moly misalignment spacers, 6mm laser cut multi hole housing brackets and 1/2 high tensile fasteners

05.01.2022 Early commodore in for a full suspension and brake upgrade We fitted coil over fronts to the original struts and rear height adjustable coils and shocks, boxed lower arms with poly bushes, adjustable upper arms, 22mm swaybar adjustable poly bushed panhard bar and our full front and rear wilwood dust boot brake kit with red calipers

03.01.2022 Another hilux conversion all done And ready to go to Queensland , this ones for a Mazda rx3/808 and is our usual retubed tig welded and powder coated HD housing and modified hilux axles with 4x110 stud pattern and 12x1.5 studs, this one’s running the owners supplied s2 Rx7 disc brakes and will be running the owners centre as well
