21.01.2022 FROM DOWNTOWN Light, bright and refreshing! From Downtown is a delicious cocktail perfect for a summers day. Inspired by the desire to get as much out of the raw materials that they use as possible, Ounce have always tended to use their left over fruit as juices in the Ounce Bar, and often used a SodaStream to carbonate them for fun. Starting the 6th February, a producer will be shaking up signature cocktails and serving G&T's every Saturday from 12pm for you, our fellow gin lovers. There is no need to book as we've put some space aside for you to just pop down and say hi, try a G&T or two, and take a bottle home after. 01.01.2022 NOT QUITE GRANDMA HARRIET'S BRAMBLE & APPLE PIE A wonderful summer cocktail with some sweetness but not too much. Complemented by blackberry notes from the gin and the freshness of cloudy apple. This cocktail was inspired by the distillers childhood days in Scotland, visiting Grandma Harriet and eating her freshly baked Bramble (blackberry) & Apple pie. She was always baking and the pie was a family favourite, served on its own or with some creamy custard. Mouthwatering to say the least!
