24.01.2022 The 12 week year One of my goals for this year has been to read one book per month and thanks to my long drive I’ve been able to listen to The 12 week year within the first two days. The book is written by Brian P Moran and Michael Lennington and it’s a guide, a tool on how you get things done. ... Like the title says - the book works on your year only being 12 weeks long and therefore there isn’t enough time for you to procrastinate about things. It creates clarity and focus and the important stuff gets done first. I chose this book as it’ll keep me focussed now that we are into the last quarter of the year and set me up for 2021. Highly recommend it. KAJ

23.01.2022 Make today count The cycle of routines can dull our fire, but each sunrise promises a well of new potential. Remember that your future depends on what you do today. You have a choice to take the steps to make life better in every way. Choose to make this a good day, and choose to make it count. ~ Aysel Gunar KAJ

18.01.2022 Don't compare yourself to anyone else, stay in your own lane. Focus on being 1% closer to your goals today than you were yesterday. KAJ

17.01.2022 I am grateful for the skills of the truck driver who brought me a semi load of sand for my arena. Dodging trees and fences, his reversing skills in tight spaces was amazing. My horses will love those fresh sand feels!! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou ... What are you grateful for today? KAJ

16.01.2022 Is there a decision you need to make? Are you sitting on the fence? You want to.... ... You’re so close but still not sure! It’s all a choice. Ask yourself, not what have I got to lose but what have I got to gain!! KAJ

15.01.2022 I’m doing a road trip.... BY MYSELF! If you’ve been anywhere near where I live you’ll understand what I’m talking about. ... Remote, it’s remote. No phone service and nothing to look at for hours. In preparation for this solo drive, I’ve been given some travel tips that I thought I’d share. Stop every hour - walk around your car stretch and touch your toes drink water regularly no junk food or lollies if you feel cold, put on a jumper NOT the car heater. I’m on day one of my trip and have made it to the opal capital of South Australia for the night and I must say that after following these tips, I feel pretty good.. Looking forward to tomorrow Safe travels !! KAJ
