My self care currently includes re-connecting with old friends, making sure I stay connected to family and friends, eating well, getting my nails done, skin care treatments that I’ve wanted to do for years, etc.... I think I’m doing much better with self care these days. But it doesn’t need to be an hour, or expensive or far away. It doesn’t even need to be by yourself. Even if you only take 5 minutes today Just do it for YOU xK
