06.01.2022 Health isn't just about the physical, mental health is just as important if not more so at the moment, so I've been flexing my brain muscles as well x It's taken a while to finish these off! Probably a year in the making (or more)... I've never been great at just sitting and reading, but now it's a personal goal to read everyday and isolation is certainly helping me to build this habit.
