17.01.2022 The story goes.. Firstly MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to both parties. My clients now able to move on with their next venture and this beautiful Thomas family now new proud owners of 93 Russell Rd Madeley. In the coming months you’ll see work commencing on the construction of the dream home of its new owners. This lot has been on and off the market for a while. We had several good offers since I took over late last year however because of buyers unable to secure the fina...nces it came back to the market. Then COVIDhit, enquiries were all time low with no interest whatsoever. To boost the building sector, The Government introduced the stimulus package and bam! Phone started ringing hot with several expressions of interest with offers again presented but damn! again it didn’t go to fruition. When the Thomas family discovered the listing, they came in strong with their offering, negotiations lasted weeks and eventually the deal was sealed! It still took several months for this contract to become unconditional.. issues after issues without having to go into details, bank finally gave it the tick of approval. BIG Shout out to the broker being able to pull the deal across the line, great work here! End of the day it’s all about perseverance and I can’t count the number of times that this had happened in my career causing deals to become unstuck, in this occasion seller could have said I can’t wait any longer, buyers could have said I can’t deal with the stress however in this scenario it pays off because both sellers and buyers were extremely patient, keen and eager.
