09.01.2022 Audits can be daunting! There is another option. A gap analysis is a tool used to determine the degree of conformance of your organisation to the requirements of a specification or standard(s). During a gap analysis only very minor auditing is done; rather than the in-depth investigation associated with an audit, key process owner or project stakeholders provide evidence that they have met the requirements set forth in the specification or standard(s).... The gap analysis report presents a clear summary of where the major gaps exist between your documentation and the selected requirements. It also shows a detailed account of each requirement and the degree of compliance, with corresponding actions that should be taken to close these gaps.

Apart from creating and presenting internal audit training (Which I love doing), I have been offered an amazing opportunity to also be involved with a new organisation in the training industry. Advance Skills Training provides support to both the students and the registered training organisations by helping to get the right students in the right courses, and providing compliance and course creation as...sistance to the RTOs. With a focus on the building and construction industry we are working closely with the different areas of the Victorian building industry to help make sure our builders are the best of the best!
