25.01.2022 Rugby 7's Team Builds Their First Home! Maria, Jay and their beautiful family will always remain to be one of our all time favourites. We had the opportunity to visit these guys on the weekend (a couple of months after moving in) & couldn't believe how amazing their home looked with all their furnishings.... This family (a.k.a the team ) were a total inspiration to us, it may not have been the most straight forward first home operation we've been involved with, but these guys stood their ground no matter what obstacles were thrown their way. Thanks for your hospitality (and chocolates)! Seeing the smiles on all your faces and the guided tour by the kids was such a terrific reminder of why we love what we do. Were so happy you finally got the big house and big block to go with it!

24.01.2022 " " . What a ride it was for Eva & Margaret! It's kind of a bitter sweet moment. We're all ecstatic for them and couldn't be prouder - but they'll certainly be missed!... These guys were text book low deposit clients as they: Could well & truly afford their rent & bills. Found it near impossible to save a deposit. Thought seeing a UFO was more likely than owning a home. Took the 5 mins to call rather than accepting a lifetime of paying someone else's mortgage. So what made them take the first step? 22.01.2022 Where were you on the 9th June 2020??? Let's be honest, most of us can't remember where we were last week let along 4.5 months ago. But, Daniel & Tiara will remember it clearly, it was the day we first met them and showed them through one of our builder's home.... More importantly, they will never forget where they were today. Because as at 10am this morning, we handed them the keys to their brand new custom home! Wishing you guys every success in life. 21.01.2022 So, Dan & Ness, You guys have been amazing and we've loved watching every minute of your dream rise from the earth. We still can't believe the end result. The custom floorplan, 40mm benchtops, butlers pantry, floor to ceiling bathroom tiles and choice of floor tiles are simply stunning.... We loved everything from the 9ft ceilings to the custom kitchen cabinetry and Hampton's inspired facade! But, best of all was the inner North Brisbane location with absolutely nothing but at the rear. ... 20.01.2022 New Office and Desk Step Up - Done!! Wow!! Yesterday was a full on day putting our new office together. We are loving it and ready to kick goals for all our first home buyers. 20.01.2022 FIRST HOME GOAL "ACHIEVED" Such a defining moment for these LOW DEPOSIT HOME champions - Billy & Korina! I can only imagine how it felt giving their landlord notice after several years renting the same house.... They now have enough bedrooms (5 in total) for the extended family and one of the best yards we've seen in quite a while. 17.01.2022 These guys were one of the lucky last to get in on our premium Ormeau estate and will soon be joined by two different sets of their close friends that'll be moving in across the road! I guess it's definitely a case of, you cant pick your family, but you can pick your neighbours. We just had the opportunity for a quick visit and tour of their brand new home. ... Great to see you guys still can't contain your smiles and that your kids are all settled in their permanent bedrooms. Their practical completion day was a little like The Wizard of Oz: they followed the yellow brick road and just like that, they reached THEIR emerald city. There's no greater feeling than helping someone realise their first home dream and permanently ending a lifetime relationship with their landlord. I have to admit though, it does make it a little sweeter knowing these guys also got their wish list:... Customised floor plan. Extra height ceilings. 06.01.2022 ' ' ! We are super excited for this guy! That's right, Will has just received the keys to his brand new 4 bedroom Hampton's inspired home.... So how's he feeling? In his own words: "I just couldn't be any happier than I am right now!". We can only imagine how it felt moving out of his rental and paying the last weeks' rent that he'll ever pay. What a defining moment in Will's life! When we first met, Will was dreaming of a big back yard (aren't we all?). It was a hard task to say the least. But, he hung in there and we finally secured a beautiful block in a premium estate that left him with a 12 metre backyard. But, the best part, his block backs directly onto reserve. He has great bushland views with no rear neighbours. We also fell in love with his 900mm Smeg oven, although, we're not convinced he does much cooking. Enjoy that first home feeling today Will, I'm sure it will stay with you for a lifetime. You should be truly proud of what you have achieved and we loved taking the journey with you.

We're just about to start building their dream and hoping to squeeze them into their new home just before Christmas. ... It feels like we have known these guys for ages already and have loved every minute of it. Whilst we are super pumped for them, Narangba, unfortunately, will never be the same (sorry Narangba!)

02.01.2022 Hey Guys, So, you've probably heard that the Homebuilder grant has been extended until the end of March 2021 at a reduced amount of $15,000. It's such an amazing time for first home buyers to leverage all the grants, concessions and rebates currently on offer.... There's also some great land options still available across the board, however, we are seeing a significant decrease in supply and price rises as developers release new stages of their estates. If you're curious about moving into home ownership in 2021 we'd love to hear from you and look forward to seeing what's possible.
