23.01.2022 Yesterday we got called out to a job for a customer. They had previously had two different plumbers out to try locate/fix leak on two the story property with both Plumbers failing to find it. Upon inspection we found excessive water damage throughout the area and within 10 minutes had located and isolated the leak. The problem were two compression fittings which is non compliant in a enclosed or non accessible area. They also looked to be installed by a Handyman. We also ran a Mains pressure test on the water line, which had a reading of 1200kpa double the recommended pressure so we also installed a adjustable pressure limiting valve. Lesson of this story please use a licensed Plumber !!!!
