Taylor joins former Knoxfield teammates Trent Evans and Michael Casement as the experienced line-up aim to take home the cake, with the accomplished youngsters Adam Wylde and Josh Mcgowan hoping to get the season off the a flyer.

24.01.2022 A reminder that Knox Gardens Junior Cricket Registrations are open. http://knoxgardenscc.com.au/junior-signup FTGDCA has also announced that subject to COVID-19 and council approval they hope to start the junior season in mid-November!... To help assist the club in preparation for this we are asking our parents to sign up their children so we can continue with planning our season. An initial cost of $35 to register which includes insurance and also a new coloured cricket top for all junior registrations. With the possibility of a shortened season, a discounted season fee will be set(this includes the initial $35) once we know more and some dates are set. 15.01.2022 TEAM OF THE WEEK | (Read ) Deepak Puri- A fantastic start to the season for the great man. This week a swashbuckling 57 at the top of the order. Peter Dunlop- Set up the innings nicely for the 1s, had a bit of luck and made the Kings pay with 68.... Joe Morsello- A nice little return to form for the former coach, chipping in with 32. Lachie Stuckey- A standard hard hitting 31 from the SOS (shadow of spencer) which included a massive bomb!! Dylan Milligan- Making a return for his first game of the season in the 4s. Dyl did it first with the bat making 32 then claiming 2/29 off his 7 overs. Sam Fisher- Another player to contribute with both bat and ball this week. The Fishm’n chipping in with a handy 21 before claiming a vital 2/10. Sean Reid- The Reidinator was at his destructive best Saturday. Promoting himself up the order he blasted his way to a quick fire 45 before ripping through that gators middle order with 2/23. Scott McInerney- Defending 190, Scotty got the 1s off to the perfect start taking 2 early ones and finishing with an impressive 3/17. Josh McGowan- Not always easy coming on to bowl when you have the opposition 7/60 but cleaned the tail up easily to finish with another cheeky 2fa! Nixon Adcock- Just another day at the office for the great man claiming his standard 2/37, this time bowling at the death. During Dani's time in premier cricket, she has been renowned for her ability to not only take early wickets opening the bowling but also to tie up an end.... 09.01.2022 PHALCONEERS ROCK THE MAJOR RAFFLE IN FRONT OF HUGE CROWD | The biggest night of the KGCC calendar year did not dissapoint as the crowds made their way to Argyle Reserve on Saturday night! The main prize went out to club legend and life member Ben McLean whilst the minor winners were Aaron Bailey and Nathan Montague.... A huge shout out to the debuting 'Phalconeers' who put on a cracking show that has the masses ever so keen for future performances! 09.01.2022 JUNIOR FALCONS | Junior cricket was back at KGCC over the weekend with some fantastic performances over Friday night and a great turnout for the Woolworths Blasters on Saturday Our U/14’s starting with a fantastic win over Mountain Gate with a great team performance.... KGCC 5/118 def MG 7/91 Zach Bawden 30, Xavier Beaugeard 33 and Ben Duke 20 the best batters while all bowlers were great with Lucan Negro 2/2 the best figures. The U/12’s put up a great effort to just fall short in their first game. Mazenod 4/151 def KGCC 6/134 but there were great signs from all players. Daksh Saini 30 and Imeth 23 were the best batters while Imeth also took 2 wickets and son of club legend Jude Wild took a wicket also. In our Fast 9’s both our teams faced each other with a great contest between them and the Red team was just too good on this occasion but good signs from all the players to start the season!! Thanks to all our awesome volunteers for getting the junior season off to a great start!!
