19.01.2022 Market Day tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fairymount is having a sausage spectular over the next few weeks. Today we made 2 new flavours - Tomato and caramelized onion and Mushroom and caramelized onion. Of course we still have our popular plain beef sausages. ... ALL SAUSAGES ARE GLUTEN FREE. Come along and give us your opinion about our new product. We'd love your feedback. We would also like your opinion about thick or thin sausages. Which do you like? Let us know for future production. Tomorrow we will have our best quality steak and mince. Rib fillet - Angus and Wagyu; Sirloin & Rump. Our usual diced beef etc. Come along and get your BEEF supplies. We"d love to see you. Just remember social distancing.

Don't forget lamb on the Barbie for the Australia Day holiday. We will be over near Emperor's Pork on the Western side of the market opposite the Windmills.... We are even having a new flavour of goat sausage - MOROCCAN GLUTEN FREE to go with the new flavours of beef sausage we trialled last week.... Some beef available and for online orders. See you there. 11.01.2022 Good morning. Fairymount Fine Foods will be at the Cobb and Co Market this morning with a new product - BEEF SPARE RIBS. Lots of meat on these little treasures.... We have most cuts of beef today and our VERY SPECIAL GLUTEN FREE SAUSAGES. Corned beef is back and lots of roasts for this cooler weather. See you there from 8am this morning. Should be a great day. 08.01.2022 Come and visit us at the Farmers Market at Cobb and Co tomorrow. We are next to the Pop Up Chef this week. Don't forget the new opening times - 8am to 1pm.... We will have goat for curries and casseroles or roasting. Moroccan goat sausages - NEW FLAVOUR. We will have some beef and the new flavoured beef sausages from last market. They seem to have been a hit so come and try them if you didn't last week. DON'T FORGET SOCIAL DISTANCING 8AM TO 1PM See you tommorrow.

03.01.2022 Fairymount will be at the market this weekend even though this is not our usual weekend. We are very happy to be able to offer our beef to all our customers this week as well. I know that there are several customers wanting to get some of our fabulous goat meat and sausages. Unfortunately we cannot process any animals until we receive ear tags from the DPI, I guess the Corona virus is slowing things down. Maybe next week..
