16.01.2022 Dear Royalty Members I am afraid that I will need to close the shop on 4th(Wed),5th(Thu),6th(Fri) and 8th(Sun) due to my family issue and staff availability. KOSUKE Ramen will be reopening dine-in(only 10 patron seatings) from 15th May (Friday) based on phone bookings as well as walk in when tables are available. This is to ensure less crowds not to risk your health.Well accept phone bookings from 11am onwards. As Australian government announced, we can do only take away and delivery, but there will be no office people for a while in Newington, So no meaning of doing take away and delivery. Also, I dont like doing take away and delivery of ramen because of the quality. Therefore, we might close the shop for a while or try to do take away couple days, but if it wont go well, we might shut down the shop for a while or permanently. 09.01.2022 Version up! Some of customers already might have noticed that I have raised the amount of our Hakata style noodle, but this time I will upgrade my pork both,so it will be more flavourful and creamy. Chashu will be upgraded.

05.01.2022 We are afraid that we will close before 7pm tonight since 80% of broths are sold out at lunch time. I even needed to close the lunch time one hour earlier to leave some broth for dinner time. Please come early tonight if youre planning to visit.

05.01.2022 ! Simmered over 15 hours with beef bones. Very popular in some areas of Japan. Maybe, beef bone Ramen is available at only here in Australia?? Its bit different, but if you like Pho, you may love this. Very refreshing broth with a lot of beef flavour. Available on Fri/Sat/San and 10 servings/day available.

03.01.2022 Since the restaurant is very busy and too many preparations, we will temporary close Wed for a while. All the foods and broth are made by owner chef, and he needs to spend 15 hours to make the rich pork broth almost every day. He will try to open 5 days/week, but it will be sometimes 4days/week since he has other business to do. Please be patient and wait for when he open the shop to serve the specially made Tonkotsu broth. Thank you.
