25.01.2022 Hilux 4x4 KUN26 rear diff rebuild 3.58 ratio. Complete with new Japanese gears, genuine bearings and seals and a solid spacer.

24.01.2022 VDJ79 Landcruiser ute front diff rebuild. One of the spider gears was broken and the crownwheel carrier had been damaged internally. Fitted another carrier, new genuine bearings and seals and a solid spacer.

19.01.2022 Another hilux 3.58 came in as an open diff and got converted to a factory lsd. New Japanese gears, solid spacer, genuine bearings and seals and a shimmed up lsd. Great end result.

19.01.2022 Hilux KZN rear diff rebuild. 3.72 ratio. Japanese gears, genuine bearings and seals and a solid spacer fitted.

18.01.2022 100 series Landcruiser rear diff rebuild with genuine bearings and seals and solid spacer, gears were ok and also an eaton E-locker to top it off. One great result, one happy customer.

16.01.2022 100 series landcruiser Facebook rear diff lock rebuild. All mew genuine bearings and seals and solid spacer fitted. New Japanese multi drilled pinion flange also fitted. Gears were still good condition and worked within the customer’s budget. Here are some before and after photos.

16.01.2022 60 series rear diff rebuild with new genuine bearings and seals. Gears were still pretty good surprisingly. Customer was also on a bit of a tight budget so did the best with what we had. Also put in a solid spacer just for that extra strength.

14.01.2022 GU TD42 Patrol rear diff rebuild, new Japanese 4.3 gears, new genuine bearings and seals and a new pinion flange. Tighten up the LSD as well. Also replaced rear inner axle seals and o-rings and fitted new front wheel bearings.

14.01.2022 Nissan 350Z diff rebuild with genuine bearings and seals, and upgraded heavy duty OS Giken LSD.

12.01.2022 VDJ 76 rear diff rebuild with new Japanese gears, genuine bearings and seals, solid spacer, shimmed up lsd and new genuine spider gears and sun gears.

11.01.2022 Hilux RZN169R 4x4 rear diff rebuild. 4.3 ratio, solid spacer, shimmed up LSD, new genuine bearings and seals. Also fitted mew rear axle seals and o-rings. LSD felt a little bit strange whilst driving and pulled it apart to find that the cross pin had broken one of the shaft section where the spider gears sit.

08.01.2022 Another 80 series landcruiser transfer case built with 25% reduction gears.

07.01.2022 HDJ100 rear diff rebuild, new genuine bearings and seals, solid spacer, new pinion flange. Gears were 2-2.5 years old. The diff had been setup incorrectly by the last workshop.

03.01.2022 HDJ100 rear diff 3.9 ratio. Fully rebuilt with mew genuine bearings and seals, solid spacer and japanese gears.

03.01.2022 GU Patrol change over rear diff, custom came in with a clunck in the back. Found out that the pinion gear was broken. Pulled out the old diff and had a change over on the shelf for him. Also found that this car had the smaller LSD carrier in it. So we swapped it out for the larger and better LSD.
