22.01.2022 Isolation day 4 workout Sorry for the grainy video but you’ll get the idea. Cheap option to add in some weights to your training and very versatile.... 10.01.2022 5 rounds 10m overhead waking lunges 10m handstand walk 15 burpees... You can sub the handstand walks with bear crawls and overhead lunges for normal lunges, no sub for the burpees though Good luck Coach Luke
