23.01.2022 Last Post Miniatures is proud to present their second release, Bamboo stands, featuring a cluster of realistic bamboo stalks on a textured base, the Bamboo stand is perfect for your Vietnam or Pacific dioramas. These Bamboo stands (approx. 10cm x 7cm) perfectly add some local colour and detail to your dioramas and displays. With the addition of a few figures (perhaps some Viet Cong about to spring an ambush or an Australian SAS patrol about to do the same), or a vehicle like... King & Country’s M113 armoured personnel carrier, the upcoming Land Rover, or the distinctive Type 92 ‘Jyu Sokosha’ Tankette, and you have a ready-made display for your home or office. 19.01.2022 We'd like to share a preview of this month's releases with you: Rubble and Ruins. The will be available in winter and summer versions and comprise of 3 different wall sets (each with a different set of 4 posters as well as add-on rubble), small rubble (3 piece set), large rubble (2 piece set) and an add-on set of heaped rubble to add to your ruins or buildings. Contact us now with your pre-orders by sending an email to [email protected] or call 0402766024, and we will be sending your sets out as soon as they are released!

18.01.2022 We would like to share these images with you, showing how you can easily adapt and personalize your dioramas and buildings, using the posters that are included with our ruins, or as stand-alone sets of German and French posters (other sets to follow in the future). Simply cut them out and adhere them to the building ruin with slightly watered down PVA. For a realistic effect, don't coat the exposed bricks with glue. Once the PVA is fully dry, carefully tear the poster along ...the line of exposed bricks. You can also tear a few bits of the top layer of the posters, which will expose some white paper. This can be ages with thinned paint (or even coffee). Turning a corner down also gives a nice touch. 11.01.2022 One of our customers from the USA, Jim Coan, has kindly sent us a picture of the memorial diorama he created with some of our Last Post Miniatures products. Jim contacted us asking for our assistance with putting together a diorama to honour the memory of a relative who was killed in Normandy. He was originally seeking a custom diorama to be built, but by using our Small Summer Scenic Base and some Large Generic Crates to accompany the King & Country Toy Soldiers D-Day Motor...cycle MP, Jim easily created the scene he desired himself. Jim wrote to us and said "The base and accessories are great! The terrain on the base matches what I envisioned. I really appreciate what you’ve done to make this realistic looking! Thanks again for all of your help and detail in making this memorial diorama possible. I believe that my Great-Uncle would be honored by the recognition." 04.01.2022 One of our customers from Sydney, Graeme Henderson, was kind enough to send us some photos of his diorama. He is using our Jungle Base, Sugar Palm and Broadleaf Palm, with his King & Country Toy Soldiers "Aussies in Vietnam" miniatures, purchased from Peter Nathan Toy Soldiers Looks like a great way to display these sets!

02.01.2022 Our Crates are currently available in two sizes: standard and large, both featuring exquisite wood grain effects. Either are available in German or generic styles. German crates feature decal markings. The standard crate pack includes a total of six crates, while each large crate pack includes three large crates. Both sets come with two bonus rolls of barbed wire to help set the scene. (AU$45/set) And for the collectors who are always short on barbed wire, we have a pack of 3... rolls, each approx. 1m long. (AU$20/pack) Orders will be handled exclusively via email [email protected] while our website is being designed. A perfect add-on to any diorama!
