Once you’re sick it’s hard to get back to that positive state. ... What if we took care of our health first? We’d be able to tackle the daily tasks without even trying. Time to unfollow negative energy online, because it’s not serving you. Time to follow people that inspire you and give you great ideas. A reminder of the simple things we can do: plan your week. Routine and things to look forward to is crucial. This could be online exercise or a short run 3 times a week. FOOD PREP!! weekly family zoom calls - do something fun online with you’re loved ones meditate - now you have a little more time to learn this skill to sit still and actively turn your mind off. get the updates and then turn the tv off! The media can be a spiral of fear and anxiety for people you don’t need that on all day long. Turn on you’re music or personal development. working from home - set up your space as comfortable and user friendly as possible. Get up and stretch regularly. Why not do 10 squats every hour limit scrolling - disappearing into news feeds is unhealthy and again, won’t serve you. upskill yourself or start that side hustle you has always though about. Now more than ever YOU decide how you come out of this lockdown.

06.01.2022 HUGE HUGE THANK YOU 1000 likes is an incredible milestone to achieve and represents so many lives changed for the better over the years. These days our workouts look a little different but it’s our community spirit is still burning bright ... When I began this journey it first started with my own exercise to feel better about how my body had changed after having my two kids. I soon felt a need to help and inspire others. From corporate workouts, bootcamps in the park and my gorgeous home studio I’m grateful for every sweat session. For those that I continue to support online keep up the hard work I know it’s not easy but it’s worth it it won’t be long until I’m back yelling at you! This milestone also marks the recent expansion of fitness with friends to opening my own nutrition club with two incredible business partners.
